What will be deleted

Your account/profile and associated personal data that reBOAT is not legally required to retain will be deleted after verification and processing of the request.

Data that may be retained

Transaction, invoice, payment, booking, security and audit records may be retained only where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal claims, and only for the applicable period.

What happens next

We will verify the request and process it without undue delay. If additional information is required to verify the account, we will contact you at the email address provided.
